GRADY DEMOND WILSON AND CICELY JOHNSTON – 47 YEARS

Who can forget Grady Demond Wilson’s credit role as Lamont Sanford in the hit NBC sitcom Sanford and Son back in the ‘70s? Grady also met his wife, Cicely Johnston, during his prime years as an actor, and the pair married each other back in 1974. Interestingly, he, together with his wife, walked away from his acting career and Hollywood’s bright lights to become a preacher.

Grady admitted that his marriage with Cicely was very rocky and turbulent in his prime years. However, their relationship took a complete 180-degree turn when he became a preacher. The two have been married for over four decades now, and they’ve managed to welcome six children together. Unfortunately, not much is known about Grady and Cicely’s kids as they tend to be private with their personal lives. We’re certain that their relationship with each other is incredibly well as they’ve managed to stay married for such a long time!
