KYRA SEDGWICK AND KEVIN BACON – 29 YEARS

After her iconic portrayal of Brenda Leigh in the crime series The Closer, Kyra Sedgwick’s career was off to great success. She entered Hollywood as a young, 12-year-old dreamer. Sometime after, she met her now-husband of 29 years, Kevin Bacon, in a play. They crossed paths again during the shoot for the ’80s TV drama Lemon Sky, when Kyra Sedgwick was 22.

After tying the knot in 1988, Kyra and Kevin’s relationship has been smooth-sailing. No one has heard news or rumors of a separation involving a divorce lawyer. For the couple, activism is a common value, which is just one of the basic principles of their 31 year marriage. They have two children, Travis Sedgwick, born in 1989 and Susie Ruth,born in 1992.
