MERYL STREEP AND DON GUMMER – 40 YEARS

As one of Hollywood’s most prominent stars, Meryl Streep has been dubbed as the “best actress of her generation.” Her string of critically and commercially successful films include The Devil Wears Prada, Mama Mia!, Big Little Lies, among many others, earning for her a fortune that can rattle even a seasoned financial advisor.

But probably more remarkable than her successful career is her stable married life with American sculptor Don Gummer, with whom she slipped wedding rings in 1978. The 69 year old wowen who win three time Academy Award winner, 21 nominations, married the love of her life, sculptor Don Gummer now is 72 years old. Since then, he has appeared with her in numerous public events. The couple was blessed with four children, namely Mamie Gummer, Grace Gummer, Louisa Gummer, and Henry Wolfe, and a home filled with love, away from the glare of spotlights.
