He purchased the retreat in 2016 for $3.1 million and did an interview for Hamptons Magazine where he featured his considerably swoon-worthy abode. Lemon said he and his partner, Tim Malone—whom he counts as both his realtor and financial advisor—love to “hunker down” in the property for the winter while relishing every minute of each other’s company.
