The comedian rose to success after starring as a semi-fictionalized version of himself on the show Seinfeld, which he co-wrote and co-created with fellow comedian Larry David. The show went on to become one of the most popular sitcoms in TV history. Along the way, Jerry also earned the number-12 spot on Comedy Central’s list of greatest stand-up comedians of all time. In 2007, he also produced, co-wrote, and provided his voice in the much-beloved animated feature Bee Movie, which later received a Golden Globe Award nomination for Best Animated Feature Film.

Other projects he has worked on since then include NBC’s reality series The Marriage Ref and Netflix’s Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.
